I was in town for work about a year ago and swung by French Twist. I’m glad I did, because it was one of my favorite salon experiences ever! The stylist was fantastic! She was one of the few stylists ever with whom I felt like I converse, and who didn’t make me feel like a Hair Moron. She explained the pros and cons of my hair and what works and doesn’t, and I walked away with an absolutely fantastic haircut. Unfortunately, glancing at the website it looks like my stylist doesn’t work there anymore (hopefully she’s moved on to something awesome), but I was still very happy with the rest of the salon experience. The owner was there and seemed very welcoming, cool and stylish without being snotty at all. I will definitely swing by again if I ever make it back into town.
